 Thank you Marco sir,exactly i am doing same but using comsol or optifdtd tools how to implement and export these field components.

here i am attaching paper in which mode overlapping factors are calculate using comsol.

You should be able to calculate the overlapping factor within the COMSOL. Go to Model--Definition--model coupling, there should be an option called integration which allow you to define the integral area. Then you can define your integral expression under variables tab. The integral operator is "intop1(expression)". When finished, you should be able to retrieve the result from results-derived values-global evaluation.

i am designing waveguide with core(refractive index 1.595 )  and cladding(refractive index 3.45).now at the input end of waveguide i want to provide two supplies pump(intensity 100 GW/cm2) and signal(intensity 1 GW/cm2).then i want to calculate mode overlapping between pump and signal intensities.

using comsol  how to supply two intensities at input end of waveguide and calculate mode overlapping factor.

sir here i am attaching comsol model i designed please check and tell me how we can provide two intensities at port 1.

may be  you  need  to   perform  line  integration 

You can do this very easy by using COMSOL Livelink to calculate everything in matlab.

calculation is not a problem.to implement this model i have to provide two supplies(signal and pump) and then export modal profile of the fields propogating through waveguide.

Exactly,

first you should solve your mode profile at singal freuqncy extract the fields with comsol livelink to matlab - then you solve your mode profile at pump frequency and also extract the fields. Hence, you can calculate your overlap integral in matlab.
