I am looking for papers with the simplest as possible explanation of description of the angular moment of light in optically anisotropic medium, which is arbitrary oriented relative to the direction of incidence of light. For me it is interesting case with only Gausian beam, which is elliptically (circularly) polarized.
I think you should consider the original Poynting formula $\overline{P}=\frac{1}{2}Re(\mathbf{E}^{*}\times\mathbf{H})$, and $\mathbf{H}=\bigtriangledown\times\mathbf{E}/i\omega\mu(\mathbf{r})$ .Thus the factor before your formula becomes $\frac{c^{2}\epsilon(\mathbf{r})}{2i\omega n(\mathbf{r})}$. Than, continue your work.
Please take a look at any recent papers by Konstantin Bliokh and Franco Nori. They are mostly open papers.
Sorry, I don't understand your question. Do you have some problems with calculating your integrand (angular momentum density)? Or trouble is specifically in integrating?
Because given formula is convenient for isotropic and for anisotropic media equally. And I also recommend you to read papers by K. Bliokh, A. Bekshaev and F. Nori. For example,

and what is important in these considerations: Ellipticaly polarized Gaussian beam (only) is used to rotation small object in Optical Tweezers (first paper).
Now I have better understanding, because I readed for example this paper: http://journals.aps.org/pr/abstract/10.1103/PhysRev.50.115 that is easy to understand (Richard A. Beth). So now, I have better understanding. Thank you again for answers and papers.
