How can I apply the Newton method to solve two-phase incompressible immiscible flow with capillary hysteresis.?

Dear colleagues,

I have a standard two phase flow model in porous medium. however, the capillary pressure violates the Lipschitz continuity at the reversal points i.e., the capillary pressure is not differentiable at the inflection points. Thus, I cannot apply the newtons method directly to solve such a problem.

can anybody help me to get out of this difficulty.
