Hi, you need to perform a dinamic explicit analysis in the Steps module, once that you've defined and assembled the model. After, you could create an imposed load with a specific amplitude, sin or cos or whatever you need. Regards,

Thank you for your help, i tried using dynamic explicit analysis but i got errors, I couldn't find out what went wrong. Could you explain it in detail.

Hi, impact loading needs dynamic analysis either implicit (Abaqus Standard) or Dynamic explicit. in dynamic analysis you have to define mass denisty for all materials used in your model.

as for impact loading, if you have transient type of impact and you have acceleration then transform it to amplitude.

please post the error message you got, then we may be able to help you

Thank you for your help. I got the results for my primary analysis of impact loading. I have another trouble, my impact hammer is moving through the beam, and there is no deformation on the beam. Could you help me, I cant see the problem, there are no errors also.
