I have different conditions, but in order to keep as simple as possible the analysis i'm trying to keep as a constant the 3 groups (that i would fix as rows) and then the conditions that depending on the question i am trying to answer can go from two to five (but i would perform a different analysis each time). So my matrix could be a 3x2 or a 3x5. The frequencies are expressed as percentages so each value in each cell would be ranging from 0 to 100.
