I try to add the Baghdad Science Journal to Google scholar. Please, kindly if there are any form to fill or site to submit the journal, I will be very appreciated.

You have to create an account and make sure u index your pages on google for the robots to crawl on your page and from then google will do it automatically when the page is updated with your papers. read more on the scholar help page

If you have your personal page in Google Scholar, you can create other similar page for the journal, but the new articles must be included by you manually, I think... I see you have put do it correctly.
