I want to construct a graphene based metasurface for absorption purpose. I found several papers where authors have used Kubo formula to find out the surface conductivity of graphene. I have CST microwave software but I'm new in this area. I want to use that kubo formula in CST microwave. I need help.

CST provides built-in Graphene material based on Kubo formula. So, you don't really need to implement it, just use the material.
Just follow: Macros>Materials>Create Graphene material for optical application
When you define graphene in CST, you will be able to set the parameters like Temperature, Relaxation Time, Chemical Potential, or keep them as defaults. Based on the parameters, the frequency-dependent graphene conductivity changes which in turn changes the tuning properties of graphene. You will find the conductivity curve in 1D-result section once graphene is defined. If you want to use a multi-layered stacked version of graphene, you need to put a specific value in the graphene thickness option during defining graphene material. CST provides two models, i.e., "Graphene" and "Graphene_Eps" once the material definition is done. If you want to use single-layered graphene then choose the "Graphene" model and if you want to work with the multi-layered stacked version of graphene then choose the "Graphene_Eps" model.
