Desalination of water using renewable energy is an advanced and cost-effective method. Energy storage in the form of latent heat plays a key role in these systems and phase change materials help a lot in this regard. The attached paper deals with the recycling of drinking water using nanomaterials in phase change materials from a tubular solar still. The use of graphene oxide nanoparticles significantly improved the properties of the phase change material and subsequently improved the thermal performance of the TSS.
