Why wouldn't it work in implicit dynamics? It is just an interaction. Maybe you are trying to create in the wrong step, it needs to be done in the first one if I remember correctly.

Its possible to define for the initial step, it is defined automatically as N/A for the Step-1 or Step-2. I already tried to run it, but I got this error "Cyclic symmetry model may only be used with static, visco, frequency, steady state dynamics, or heat transfer analyses.".

I have found a solution. The command below should be added in assembly section of .inp file c and d are represented the cyclic symmetry axis. If they are not defined, Abaqus is defined z axis automatically for cyclic symmetry axis. a and b are represented the node sets which are located on cyclic symmetry surfaces. Afterward, the simulation can be started with cmd.

and that got you the error.

The recommended solution was the cyclic symmetry mpc, whic can be set up in CAE under the interactions. I think even if you like to use the input file only, it is worth sometimes just loading up CAE and writing out the input file, so you see the correct usage/syntax of the keywords.
