How can calculate the percentage of pores occupied by the API molecules in the structure of nanocarrier DDS?

I need to calculate the percentage of the mesoporous nanocarrier pores occupied by the API molecules. What percentage of the drug molecules are adsorbed on the surface and trapped in the pores?

Please check the data sheet from the column manufacturer - often it includes information such as surface area, porosity, carbon loading, etc., specific to your column. Knowing the column dimensions, void elution volume, and average particle size of the stationary phase, you can also estimate the total number of particles. I hope this helps with your calculations.
