How can add 3 KH in the sequence while design primer?

If we design a primer for PCBP2 gene with cDNA to add 1x Flag-tag in the Mammalian expression vector, Furthermore, Flag tag can be added the restriction sites in the sequence then how can be added in 3 KH domain?
