I am trying to rank critical variables for Enterprise system's various life cycle stages.
Hence I need to conduct Ranking of variables via ANN in SPSS
In my data every variable is graded on a likert scale (1-5) and then its given either 1 or 0 weight for each life cycle stage.
(a) Plz advise how to first conduct weighted grading of each variable?
(b) Then how to decypher ANN based ranking in SPSS?

My case is not of time series, I suppose.
A simple variables ranking , plz see attached instrument for calculating importance and then ( In which Stage(s) of ERP project was each variable important.
To start with --I need to Rank or find out importance of each variable
then I need to calculate ranking for 22 variables for each stage or phase of project
, hence these 22 variable have 5 dimensions each.
Which technique I need to use to rank variables for five stages (s1, s2 , s3 ,s4,s5)
