Hormonal studies in hemolymph requires an anticoagulant and antibody?

I'm interested in assessing hormone of mud crabs for my studies. Can anyone share with me if have to use anticoagulant for the hemolymph. Is that fine to run analysis without the anticoagulant? And what about antibody? Thank you in advance for your thoughts
