Hi everyone. I just got a result from my fatty acid analysis on fish. The problem is, there is too few fatty acid got extracted after a serial dilution has been made. Why is that so? In many research papers I have read so far, they can come out with wide fatty acids data. Do they not doing any dilution? Can my data be accepted because I find it very absurd. there is no traces of DHA, EPA and ARA in any of the replicates I have made.
