Dear guys,
Can anyone help me with understanding that How I can develop a 3D Cad model initially made by Mimics. I can develop a 3 model at Mimics, however my problem is I do not know how to create a solid 3D model which I can use at Catia or other CAD software.

You can save the 3D model in stl files and then transfer to solidworks. Or you can create models in solidworks and import the models to mimics.

Mimics gives you a STL file. an STL file is a cloud of points and it does not have features. You must transform the STL file in a CAD file using the tool of Catia or using other software like Geomagic. I recomend Geomagic, is a very useful software and if you use the organic tools, you can obtain good CAD models.
