Hippurate Hydrolysis Test?

Dear Scientists,

I need a protocol of making required reagents for hippurate hydrolysis test.

1. Which percentage of Sodium Hippurate Reagent required? Should I add distilled water for making the reagent or need any other chemicals?

2. How can I make Ninhydrin reagent, and in which percentage?
