I would like to prepare a Fenton's solution to digest my organic-rich sediment sample for microplastic extraction.
Is there any guidelines standard for me to refer to? As I am not from a chemistry background but learning new things for my studies.
I do know that Fenton's solution is made up of hydrogen peroxide and iron (II) sulphate and I know how to dilute the hydrogen peroxide (Planning to use 30%).
How to make 0.05 M of iron (II) sulphate? and can I use distilled water instead of deionized water?
