Use a common impedance analyzer. You can have data for impedance, admittance, their magnitudes, real/imaginary parts, series or parallel components of R, L, C, quality factor, dielectric loss etc for any MIM structured sample.

Admittance conductance and susceptance are basically the real and imaginary parts of complex admittance. Their frequency dispersions can be obtained in such a standard instrument. You don't need to calculate/derive anything. Just acquire the data and plot it.

For equivalent circuit modeling, you can use the ECLab software. It's easy to use and the tutorials are available in youtube.
