Hope it helps, i was having the same question while investigating to find an alternative for germicidal tubes that are on a very high demand right now. in my case, it seems that 254nm is only at 20% in high pressure mercury lamps....

Appended you will find a chapter on High Pressure Discharge Lamps as part of my lecture "Incoherent Light Sources".

Slide 9 shows a spectrum of the Hg HP burner without the phosphor emission from the coated outer bulb.

Dear Andrei,

A typical Hg high pressure discharge lamp with a power of 400 W has a wall plug efficiency of 20 %, i.e. in total 80 W optical power. The UV fraction (250 - 380 nm) is about 30%, but depending on the pressure, temperature and driver.

Appended you will find a ppt with the spectra of Philips HPA lamps. Below 250 nm there is not emission due to the absorption edge of the burner glass.
