Which area (scope of the journal) are you interest to publish?

Print journals published by leading academic publishers generally do not require APC. Search journals relating to your research area. You should be able to find information on whether or not a journal requires when you check the section on submission to the journal.

If the question is open, then I could indicate that there are high-impact journals that do not use APC, however the scientific community should not allow science to be conditioned both for the publisher and for the one who wants the information. If you have to pay for publishing at least you should look for a journal that does not charge to see. DOAJ has information about APC only for open access journal. https://doaj.org/

First you check whether your domain satisfy the scope of that journal and then apply.
