and the detail that came along with the vectors state:

Vector: pTOP_Blunt_V2

a molecule of topoisomerase (TOPO) is covalently couples to the 3 blunt duplex ends (nt position 294 and 295) of pTOP Blunt V2 (Cat #EZ002 and EZ012). Therefore, pTOP Blunt V2 can form a covalent bond with blunt ended PCR products obtained by Pfu DNA polymerase.

I dont know how to proceed with it now? can someone explain to me how is it possible for me to use it as a positive control sample for my PCR?
