Harvesting viable immune cells from primary tumors in mouse model
Lots! Any specific question? Mouse or human?
Mouse!
What you can do is isolate the PBMCs from whole blood and then conduct a positive isolation of the CTLs using Dynabeads coated with monoclonal Ab against mouse CTLs CD marker. In human CTLs it is CD8.
Hope this help.
