I am conducting a steady-state analysis of a piezoresistive structure. I am wondering if there is any way of plotting the resistivity of the elements instead of other standard variables such as potential or current density.

I'm not an expert in piezoresistive materials, but a quick look at the output data for such elements in Ansys documentations doesn't seem to have resistivity as output. However, if you know a relationship between that and some of the output data that Ansys gives, maybe you can generate the plots yourself using Matlab, for example. Just an idea.
