I model the propulsion system of a ferry with hybrid fuel cell and battery. The ferry requires 300 kW for propulsion and 100 for electric power. Two shaft, 2 induction motors and dc-dc converters. The problem is that the simulink library has a 50 kW PEM Fuel cell. C
Hi Charalampos Ioannis Giakoumakis you can define the parameters of Fuel cell based on your design requirements in the User defined option of the Fuel cell model available in the Matlab/Simulink. After you set the parameters you can also plot V-I characteristics of your model to verify whether the designed model meets your design specifications. One more thing, it is always wise to follow the specification sheets of industrially available fuel cell models while defining the parameters (which are selected following the standard guidelines) of your model in the software.

Thank you for your answer. The problem is that I have not the data sheet for a 200 kW PEM fuel cell. The question is if I can use 4X50kW PEM, because simulink library has a presseted 50 kW PEM.
Yes of course you can, connecting 4*50 kW PEMFC in parallel is just fine enough.
Thank you Anil. As you understand I am a beginner in Simulink. Can you suggest me really applicable paper describing the modeling of parallel fuel cell systems? After modeling FC and battery, motor and converters I will model the the energy management strategy.
