I advise you find somewhere in your country to do the tests. Even if somebody accepts your samples, it will be costly to send samples abroad.
Thanks, the problem is that we do not have these facilities in Kenya. So i thought that through this forum, i could get some assistance

Perhaps you can contact peers at the African Academy of Sciences in Nairobi or in South Africa as many groups there have such equipment. However, as pointed out by Dr Majid Shaker, this will incur some costs.

First why would you use SEM and TEM at the same time and you do not have them readily available.I suppose just pick on one of them. In Kenya kindly check with DeKUT they should be having a TEM which is still new.
@ Omwoyo, I had already contacted the Technician on the ground last year and he told me that they do not have a sample holder. Secondly, i will be using these techniques to verify the particle sizes.Thank you so much for this input.
@Masime, for particle sizes you can also use a zeter sizer as it will give you the particle size, zeter potential and Polydispersity index. The equipment is found at KEMRI. SEM or TEM will only give an approximate size and the shape of your nanoparticles.
