When the alfa amylase is heated to 50 degree celcius, it didn't work. I got reference that alfa amilase from Bacillus subtilis is kind of termostabil enzyme and it's optimum temperatur is about 50 to 70 degree. So, my question is: are there any factors that make it not suitable with the reference??
