Please explain your strategy. Placebo means active is not present. So you can simply make an MB oral susp without active since it is going to be given to a different patient OR you can do an inert coating on active MB to mask its bitterness. Please clarify. Thanks and Regards. Anwar

Finding a placebo similar to active is going to be difficult. You can contact pharmaceutical ingredient suppliers in your country to help you identify the inert ingredient to coat the active ingredient or encapsulation which can then be suspended in the oral suspension.
