my topic is "balance retraining in post stroke individual using stepper''my outcome measures are BBS and MAS to assess individuals at baseline and after 4 week training .(two groups (15)control )and experimental (15)so any one can suggest that which stastics i hv to use to anlyze my data.

In case of Group Comparison, with single Independent and Dependent variables and if there is no control variables, You can go with t-test statistical analysis.
If one or more Independent variables and 1 Dependent variables, no control variables, you can choose ANOVA(Analysis of variance).
With 1 or more independent variables, 1 dependent and 1 control variables in the study, you can choose ANCOVA (Analysis of Co-variance). Inspite of these there are techniques such as chi-square, regression analysis, etc
