Well, I am searching on the plant databases and I find the binomial is not written in the full authority format, in other words, they write Lotus cytisoides as Lotus cytisoides L. and I want to get the full authority like that (Lotus cytisoides Linnaeus, 1753). If anybody can recommend me some databases or publications that can provide me with full plant taxonomic_authorities, I will be very grateful then. Thanks in advance.

I was not sure, although I would have just announced it as such; whatever name you chose and knew that it would catch on. I mean I've seen this happen with a quite a few things which I've discovered but not made such a large attention toward.
