I have two 3ddose files that they obtained during simulation of dosxyznrc code in the inhomogeneous . I need to plot DVH from these files and then compare it with DVH curve that is obtained during treatment planning.

DVHs are calculated for organs that are (partially) situated in the radiation field. To calculate them in Matlab, you would need following Matlab code:
- Reader of dose-file
- Reader of organ-file
- (random) Sampler of points inside the organ
- Using the coordinates of those points, look up the dose in the dose-cube
- Hopefully the organ and the dose-cube are defined in the same coordinate system. If not, a lot of headache is awaiting you!
If you have to write all the above code yourself then maybe use the treatment planning system to calculate the DVHs. You then only need the planning system to be able to read your dose-cubes. Maybe your planning system supports import of AAPM-RTOG?

In our RT center, we use Prowees TPS and as far as I know, it does not support AAPM/RTOG format. I need to write my own matlab code and need to overlay TPS and Monte Carlo dose in a DVH curve and compare result of treatment planning.
do you have a document or paper about how write a matlab code to overlay two dose matrices in a DVH curve?

I don't know what you mean with 'overlay' in this case, and I don't have documents about writing Matlab code.
You want to look-up say 100.000 points of the target or an organ at risk in a Prowess dose-cube, and also in a MonteCarlo dose-cube. (It would be nice to add a measured EPID dosimetry dose-cube too!)
As said earlier, if you start from scratch, it is better to use the TPS. Does Prowess support reading of dicom RTDOSE objects? If so, you could 'insert' your MonteCarlo volume into an RTDOSE file. I know, a bit messy because you would need to change a couple of dicom tags and the volumes need to be of the same type and have the same dimensions and occupy the same space, but it is certainly the fastest way to get some results.
Hello, for you to have a DVH analysis, then you must have scored your dose in phantom created from CT data.
Then to analyse DVH from .3ddose file, use STATDOSE. Read through the EGSnrc manual (statdose, dosxyzshow and dosxyznrc files) for better understanding.

If you can extract both as textfile, that would be nice to plot on excel, else try to use ominipro software. I will ask a colleague how he did it.

I have matrix of TPS and simulation dose( absolute dose). but excel can not draw them as a dvh curve because dose matrix contains dose of organs in each pixel of itself and i think that i need to extract dose of each organ as a separate matrix and then import it to the excel . I dont have Omnipro software and I use verisoft system.
