In q.pcr can we change the type of master mix during our work with gene expression analysis ..ie my mastermix was over.can I buy other company ?

My mastermix was over due to some proplems that happened so i need to buy new one..but I didn't find the same trade name..can I use another ? And can i compare results of both ?
