In q.pcr can we change the type of master mix during our work with gene expression analysis ..ie my mastermix was over.can I buy other company ?

My mastermix was over due to some proplems that happened so i need to buy new one..but I didn't find the same trade name..can I use another ? And can i compare results of both ?

Hi all..if anyone have aexperience in working on circRNAs..can help me...how we can stop Rnase R after digestion of all linear RNA fragments?

After total RNA extraction we need to purify circRNAs from sample by digesting all linear RNA by rnase R which literally has no effect on circRNA...but I don'T know how to stop its action...heat...
