Dear Researchers,

I would like to create the following system (attached Picture) which will be my virtual test bench.

it consist of 4 pulse generator distributed equally on a circumference.

A blade will turn on the circumference where the center of rotation is the same center of circumference.

This Blade has a scope at the tip, the scope will register 0 if in the green interval, and the function of the Pulse generator if the blade inter to the interval (a). (a) is the angle of impact of the Pulse generator.

in the next step I will use different functions generators. this virtual bench will help to control a real test bench later so it is very essential to me.

My Objective is to synchronize the Pulse generator so the scope on the blade register the same Pulse function when it pass through the 4th generators, No matter speed we have.
