I have a problem with the functcomp function (FD package in R).
I have this error message: Species labels in 'x' and 'a' need to be identical and ordered alphabetically (or simply in the same order)
However, I have spent hours checking the labels in 'x' and 'a', also used a function comparing the labels, and I haven't found any differences labels...
Could you help me please?
