Dear please help

I have cell culture ( neuron cell line), I need to measure the cell potential ( rest and action). In our lab I only have to use fluorescent microscope. I have two dyes 1) is fluovolt and 2) is Fluo-4 Direct Calcium Assay.

I need help with how to measure it under microscope ?

how to collect the date as a graph?
