Since, the methanotrophs are the unique bacteria using methane as their sole C and energy source. But it is difficult to grow them in pure culture due to the susceptibility of fungal contamination. Kindly suggest me about the common as well as specific anti-fungal which is easily available.

You can add broad-spectrum anti-fungal antibiotic cyclohexamide (10 microgram/ml) to arrest the growth of fungi during isolation and purification

Also in you make the pH higher from 7 that pH will inhabited most the fungal and keep bacteria grow, you can try it.
