i am developing a qpcr method for a virus detetction and quantification. i clone the genome of a genotype of a virus and find ther copies number and did serial dilution. i used from 10 power 08-01 copies number to develop standard curve. but mostly the low copies number are not detetced by qpcr. please kindly help me and guide me
