I found a paper that uses an easy bacterial testing apparatus which is composed of a nebulizer and a double chamber with a filter holder at the middle, the first one has the bacterial solution which is going to be aerosolized, it'll go through the upper chamber where the filter in question is, at the bottom, there is an agar plate which will contain the bacterias that will pass through the filter. The apparatus seems to be very simple but I can't find any material that could help me to build it.

I am not an expert in producing bacterial filters. But I think it is made of membranes having specific bore size. So, you may search for such membranes with the bore size required,
Such filters can be also produced by thin metal sheets that can be bored by chemical etching and lithography.
Lasers can be also used to affect bores in such metal sheets.
This just a proposal or a way of thinking.
