Hello Angela,

We use Milk-Tween (MT) media and modified Tween Medium B (mTMB) for isolation of common plant pathogenic Xanthomonas spp. KBC will help in the isolation of plant pathogenic Pseudomonas spp but MT will also be useful in isolating Pseudomonas spp.
