I am studying the thermotolerance of a strain of salmonella that has been proved the ability to survive after exposing to temperature of 80C For 10 minutes and this strange trait for salmonella and I am trying to find the genetic basis of this heat resistance trait and the difference between this isolate and the wild type salmonella typhimurium by studying the heat shock genes DegP of HtrA protein and DnaK of HSP70 protein. the core study is finding the expression levels  of these genes in the two serotypes of bacteria
