I'm implementing a small microbiology lab and requiere an homogenizer for the meat samples we produce. A small hand blender will sufice, since the amount of yearly samples will be small, hence a Stomacher or similar goes way beyond our budget. The blending attachment should be autoclavable for easy sterilization. I've seen some blenders, like the Hamilton Beach HMI200, but I don't know if it's capable of blending something like meat.
Thanks in advance.
