(TMZ solubility in H2O=5mg/ml
Solubility in DMSO= up-to 20mg/ml
Solubility in PBS =0.330mg/ml
TMZ is easily soluble in DMSO but for mice experiments we need not more than 10% DMSO in solution. To achieve concentration of 20mg/ml, we have tried dissolving 20mg TMZ in 10%DMSO PBS at 25 degree and in 10%DMSO in water. Both the solutions shows granulated, TMZ powder particles diffused in the solvent, this to me suggests it is not dissolving. I look forward to the suggestions to improve the solubility.
