I must search for HEK-293, HEK-293T and so on type cells proteome. I need to find endogenous expressed proteins (e.g. cells not transformed). In my case, I would like to find if these cells are able to express endogenously Toll-Like-Receptors (including all possible subtypes). I found a plataform work based by Lin, YC., Boone, M., Meuris, L. et al. which includes an exon and gene search for terms and it shows TLR1 to TLR10 as expressed. Does anyone has used this plataform? Can I surely search what I need through it? Does anybody know another plataform or a way to find this information?
