They should be the same, ie. the hydraulic head.

Be careful however to distinguish between the hydraulic head and the pressure head. Modflow and Seawat propose the two possibilities.

If you do not use the VDF (Variable Density Flow) package in the NAME file, then SEAWAT will give you the same hydraulic heads as MODFLOW would.
