my question is about luminescence measurement without background data. empty well, ultra pure water show luminescence intensity in opaque white plate.
I have no experience at all in these.
You might see some light come through the door , or leakages... Do You see the water in the plate or the plate?
I am doing IL6 ELISA to measure mouse serum IL6, but my ODs are so low even for mouse on two weeks high fat diet. My standard curve is good enough as a positive control.
