I see this "stringy" CD8 staining in mouse colon tumors (images attached). Is this real or background? Are they vessels? If its not real, how do I get rid of it?
This is not what a normal staining pattern for CD8 looks like, this is some kind of non-specific staining or background staining. From the images I can't tell if there is any positive staining.
Is this the only Ab you have trouble with?
At first glance this could be a MoM issue or an issue with blocking serum; your secondary looks 'clumped' on top of tissue rather than interacting with it.
