In my observation, during the pandemic in 2020-21 workers from unorganised sectors learned things to survive and adopted creative ways to complete their tasks. However, people also started following safety measures they previously avoided, like using safety gloves and masks while working. I am curious to know more about this kind of observation identified from different fields and countries.
