I have read little about IADL performance observations in dementia (or other cognitive disorders) due to the limited evidence base, yet was wondering whether there is any more research done that I did not come across yet?

I have read most of Giovanetti's (if not all papers) in this field, but it is usually predominantly the NAT that they employ. This is really informative, but I meant really whether there are any more studies that more or less observe, let's say, as many different IADLs in a more naturalistic set up, which gives the PwD, or other clinical patients, less a feel of a structured experiment.
