Have you ever encountered technical issues with the sensors embedded by Emotiv Insight EEG Headset and was it necessary to dissasemble or repair it?

By technical issue, I mean a sensor (for example AF4) that is gray (no electrical contact) so that the Emotiv Insight may have an internal broken wire.

I followed the YouTube Tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgWK1sIAz0Y without any success in solving the technical issue.
