I am interested in finding out if the BCI2000 software platform is still applicable for the newest NeuroSky EEG portable headset released in the year 2018.
i didn't use it before, but you can use NeuroView app for presenting the EEG raw, then you need to filter it for classifying the raw waves. Also, you can write a code using Processing + API (java) or python for detecting the EEG signals ( Delta, Theta, Low alpha, high alpha, low beta, high beta, low gamma and mid gamma). i thing it is better than the BCI2000 or the NeuroView app, because they are only read the signals you can't do any think with it, you can with the proposed apps can generate a dataset.
